Yesterday Helga, Lizzy and I attempted to take fun pictures out on Mountain Loop Highway. While driving up a winding, gravel forest road (in a borrowed car) we all of the sudden heard a horrendous noise coming from the tire. If you’re familiar with the area, you’ll know there’s no cell phone reception, what so ever. We had no choice but to head back down to the main road. After hitchhiking, using one of the last pay phones on earth and waiting hours for help, we found the TINIEST of rocks stuck in the tire. Go figure! Although we didn’t get to have our planned shoot, we found ourselves a balloon friend, scavenged for edible berries, identified all the flowers in the area and took a few cheesy pictures:
Oh! And Helga was only a little late for work! I guess things could have been a lot worse, so here’s to memories!
